- Master in Business Law from the Federal University of Minas Gerais – 2007.
- Graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais – 2003.
William Carvalho has extensive experience in business disputes, especially those involving corporate conflicts and contracts. William was coordinator of the litigation area of the Legal Department at ALE Combustíveis S.A., having acted in all ongoing actions involving the Company, in several Brazilian states.
He was also a lawyer at important firms, working in important corporate, real estate and corporate restructuring operations.
He is currently a Consultant in Law at the Legislative Assembly of the State of Minas Gerais, a position exercised due to his approval in a public examination.
William is a university professor and currently teaches International Business Law in the Postgraduate Course at CEDIN – Center for International Law.
William is also a member of the Brazilian Arbitration and Arbitration Committee of CAMES Brasil in disputes involving corporate contracts and corporate law.

FABIANA FONSECA

- Graduated in Law from FUMEC University;
- MBA in Economic and Business Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas;
- Post-Graduate Degree in Tax Law at PUC Minas.
Fabiana was corporate legal manager of Companhia de Locação das Américas, a Brazilian company with shares traded on the Stock Exchange. Among its main attributions, the highlights were the management of the teams responsible for contractual, tax and corporate demands, as well as the strong and direct role in meeting the strategic demands of such areas.
Previously, Fabiana coordinated the legal department of ALE Combustíveis SA and also worked in reference offices in the legal segment, some of them cited by reference publications among the largest and most recognized in Brazil. In the offices, she worked in corporate law, with an emphasis on real estate, corporate, contractual and civil consultancy.
She was also ranked as one of the most admired lawyers in the ranking published by the Revista Produção Advocacia in the “commercial” and “comprehensive” categories in 2021, the same year in which Carvalho e Fonseca was among the most admired in the Southeast region.

MARIETA SIQUEIRA
Litigation and Civil Advisory Coordinator
Marieta holds a Law Degree from Centro Universitário Metodista Izabela Hendrix, a postgraduate degree in Business Law from PUC-Minas, and is currently studying a postgraduate course in Contract Law and Business Management also at PUC-Minas.
Marieta started her career in law as an intern at Carvalho e Fonseca Sociedade de Advogados and currently holds the position of coordinator of the firm. Her duties include team coordination, drafting and reviewing procedural documents and contracts, managing office demands.
Marieta’s practice is focused on Company Law, especially involving Business Contracts of various kinds and Business Litigation.
